Jake Tuimaualuga, Esq
Jake Tuimaualuga has spent his entire professional career working with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, investors, families, and individuals in navigating the U.S. immigration system. He has extensive experience in matters related both to business immigration (including temporary nonimmigrant employment, investments, international expansion, and permanent employment visas) and family immigration (including adjustments of status, permanent resident card renewals, immediate relative and preference petitions, and fiancé visas, among others).
Jake received his Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he was awarded the distinguished clinical practice award for his work with migrant communities.
